Despite sometimes being skeptical of how the Internet and social networks work the latter have led me to meet a lot of wonderful people: one of them being Fred. Boxer, music lover and dad, he immediately shared with me several opinions and bands. Together we talk about life in Alabama, how we miss live concerts and how important it is to know how to concentrate to reach a goal: like in the ring.
