This is one of those episodes I want to frame! I have the privilege of talking to someone who has been able to inspire me on how to approach the job of tour manager and being part of a band crew. Mel has always been very kind and open in giving serious and helpful opinions. And now she's sitting in front of me and we're discussing how she got in touch with the music scene she works in, her experiences and how this scene can also be very hostile to different people, including women and the LGBTQ community. I learned a lot from this chat, thank you very much Mel.
